Tailwind CSS is a great CSS framework that gives you an amazing toolkit of classes to build your own layout and design framework.

Whilst, on the surface, it may look unnecessarily verbose, if you use the features of the Tailwind and also make reusable components of your repeating design elements, you can get some real productivity and design gains.

There is a starter typography plugin that provides a base set of default styles that can be overwritten.
